Randy Detrick

Randy Detrick is an entrepreneur, world-class skier, and public speaker dedicated to the mission of adding value to others' lives. Randy and his wife Tiffany enthusiastically created Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery in their front yard. Now ranked by Travel + Leisure Magazine as the #1 winery on the East Coast and 13th in the nation.

Randy and Tiff have transformed a front-yard dream into one of the most joyful destinations on earth. His journey is a testament to the power of perspective.

Raised by a single mother who flooded his world with hope despite extreme adversity, he learned early on that “if there is hope in your future, there is power in your present.” He carried this mindset into competitive ski racing, eventually representing the United States on the World Cup Tour.

A prolific communicator, Randy has enthusiastically presented live thousands of times. He is the creator of the Underground Experience, a transformative presentation that pairs world-class wine with life-changing lessons on hope, trust, and enthusiasm. Whether he is building a successful medical supply company or crafting award-winning wines, Randy’s philosophy remains simple:
Pursue all your dreams with all your imagination and never let that false sense of fear interfere with your life.

Randy lives on his farm in Pennsylvania with his beauti¬ful wife—Tiffany and their three spectacular children, Maggie, Joseph, and Natalie. He continues to lead with a servant’s heart, proving that anyone can convert their greatest chal¬lenges into their grandest opportunities.

“Life is a daring adventure or it is absolutely nothing.”
— Helen Keller
