Jesse Hardy enlisted in the Marine Corps the day he turned seventeen. After serving with 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion and teaching infantry, he spent two decades in the energy industry, rising from field roles to the C-Suite. By every scoreboard the culture keeps, he had won.

Then came the night in his driveway. The house was dark, his family was asleep, and a question he had outrun for years finally caught up with him: “If this is winning, why does it feel so empty?”

That question became a search, and the search became a Calling. Today he is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and a men’s pastor, and he coaches veterans, first responders, pastors, and missionaries at no cost. Jesse lives in Dripping Springs, Texas, with his wife, Heidi. He’s a former ultramarathoner, still learning that finishing strong matters more than starting fast.
