Heidi Ceto is an author, mom, and lifelong storyteller who believes the best stories are the ones that make you laugh, wonder, and see the world a little differently.

With a background in early childhood education and years spent teaching preschool, Heidi has always loved watching children learn, imagine, and explore the world around them. Her passion for writing grew from her own experiences, her love of childhood adventures, and the memories she carries with her after losing her mom, Cindy.

Heidi named her main character, Cindy, after her mom, creating the beginning of a story that is both a tribute and a new adventure. Through the Just Cindy series, she hopes to inspire young readers to stay curious, embrace their imagination, notice the little things, and never be afraid to ask questions.

When she isn’t writing, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and finding inspiration in the everyday moments that make life special.

Just Cindy: Moves to Florida is the first book in the Just Cindy series, with more adventures to come.
