Heather Grace

Heather Grace Crosser, M.Ed. is a mother, author, former teacher, and the founder of HGC Integrative Wellness. She lives in Fort Collins, CO, with her family and their trio of pups. Heather's book was born from a desire to help others. As a creative, loving person with a gift for seeing the best in people, Heather struggled with witnessing how often others failed to see the good within themselves. She wished to guide others in finding their inner peace and changing their negative assumptions to enable them to live a more positive life. Heather's passion for sharing experiences and knowledge saw her through obtaining a Master's Degree in Education and a 20+ year career in training and teaching. While in this field, she often witnessed people being affected too much by negativity in their inner voices. She noticed the effect these harmful self-images had on health and daily lives. As a "regular person" like her readers, Heather believes her words will resonate more deeply because she is not a doctor or psychologist, but someone who has lived and learned from her life experiences. When Heather discovered the power of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) for changing thoughts and behavior patterns, she knew it was a message she was meant to share.

Her calling has always been to help others and help heal the world, especially now as it suffers through a pandemic. The people struggling with mental health, family miscommunications, and negative thoughts were her call to action. Heather crafted her book Beginner's Guide to Understanding the What, Why, and How of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with the hope of raising vibrations and guiding people in finding inner peace and ascending to 5d. Her words will help others see that they have the power to manifest the world and lives they desire and how to connect with the gifts and abilities they carry within themselves. Heather plans to write more books on the topic of NLP, spiritual awakenings, and emotional health issues. Heather came by her love of writing honestly. Her grandmother was a writer, editor, and small-town celebrity who had her own cooking column in the paper. Though her grandmother did not get to see the fruition of Heather's writing efforts, Heather has paid tribute to her through her words and by creating the Grace Whitten Publishing House Foundation. When Heather is not writing, she loves spending time with her children, meditating, reading, doing good for others, and going on adventures wherever she can travel. She loves the innocence and hope of babies and small children. Their light inspires her to bring happiness to as many souls as she can.
