E.W. Diggs is a veteran car dealer and real estate investor with over two decades of hands-on experience in flipping cars, managing rentals, and building wealth through smart investments. He bought his first rental property back in 1994 while still in college, and he's been building income streams ever since—long before YouTube tutorials or social media gurus existed.

Over the years, clients constantly asked him how he got started—whether it was buying and flipping cars, purchasing rental properties, or launching successful Airbnbs. After repeating the same advice one person at a time, E.W. was inspired to put his knowledge into simple, practical books that anyone can pick up and start using immediately.
