Drew Whitaker

Drew Whitaker writes engaging nonfiction for curious kids who love discovering the surprising stories behind our world and its past. His mission is to make history, mysteries, and fascinating true stories fun, accessible, and memorable by bringing remarkable people, unusual events, and little-known moments to life.

Rather than focusing only on famous names and dates, Drew looks for the stories that make young readers stop and say, “Wait, that really happened?” His books are designed to spark curiosity, encourage questions, and turn learning into an adventure filled with discoveries waiting to be explored.

When young readers finish one of his books, Drew hopes they are excited to keep asking questions, digging deeper, and discovering just how interesting the world can be.
