Dawn Greenfield Ireland

D.E. Greenfield, aka Dawn Greenfield Ireland, is a powerhouse storyteller and the award-winning author of 22 novels across five distinct genres, alongside 7 acclaimed nonfiction books. A prolific creator of worlds, Dawn frequently adapts her own high-concept screenplays into books and develops her novels into structured TV series formats.

On the film side, Dawn is an alum of the UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting and ScreenwritingU. Her scripts have been optioned twice, and she has worked as a screenwriter-for-hire. Known for her relentless work ethic and zero tolerance for writer’s block, Dawn’s background as an award-winning technical writer makes her a meticulous, detail-oriented professional—the self-described "organizational queen of the known universe" who never misses a deadline. Through her company, Artistic Origins (est.1995), she also works as a high-level writing coach, editor, and independent publisher.
