Christine Fruehwirth is the author of 'The Four Stages of Living' and her first edition, 'Surviving Life's Storms and Thriving in the Aftermath.' She has more than twenty years of career consulting and life coaching experience through her successful business, FlexCareers Consulting. She now also focuses on advising college students and recent graduates in her practice.

Christine understands the joys and challenges of all types of work-family balance issues, as well as what employers are looking for in those job seekers starting or re-launching careers. She also knows what it takes to push through life's challenges and come out on the other side with a better understanding of yourself and your purpose in life. In her books, Christine explains her SSET framework (Survive, Stabilize, Emerge and Thrive) to help people navigate life's challenges and transitions, get unstuck when feeling stagnant and achieve your full potential at any age.

She resides in Potomac, Maryland and Bluffton, South Carolina, and enjoys spending time with her three adult children.
