Andrew Skotzko

Andrew Skotzko is an executive advisor to technology companies. Leaders bring him in when they can see the promised land but can’t see the path: he helps them build the strategy, the team, and the operating rhythm to get there. He speaks and writes about strategy, making better bets under uncertainty, and leading in an AI-accelerated world.

As an operator, he spent fifteen years building products and leading teams, shipping products used by more than 80 million consumers and thousands of business customers, across nine industries and every stage from startup to Fortune 100. Since then he’s advised and coached leaders at companies including GitHub, Google, Adobe, LinkedIn, Walmart, Intuit, Activision, HubSpot, Asana, Zendesk, and Ramp, and taught product strategy at USC’s Marshall School of Business. The Strategy Cycle is his first book.

He lives in Los Angeles and when he’s not obsessing over building great products and companies, he loves to meditate, hike, and enjoy being a human away from screens.
