Abishek Nair grew up in Indian army quarters, moving frequently across the country and learning early to rely on his own internal resources. After pursuing engineering and working in the software industry, he discovered that the self-dialogue techniques he'd developed as a child were applicable to every area of adult life—from career decisions to relationships to finding meaning beyond traditional religious frameworks.He currently lives in California and continues to explore how conscious self-conversation can help people navigate life's complexities with greater wisdom and less anxiety. This is his first book.
