The easy to follow sessions have been devised by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher and the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine. Both of the Relaxations for sleep sessions use simple yet effective rhythmic yoga breathing, muscle relaxation and visualization techniques combined with soothing background music that gradually fades away as you experience deep relaxation and drift off into a perfect night of deep sleep.
