Bedlam Boys

The town of Bedlam was born of rioters, revolutionaries, and murder. Over a hundred years later, not much has changed. This town might as well be ruled by outlaws, and their names are Arsenio, Cairo, Jacques, Legend, and Roan. The Bedlam Boys run my university and everyone in it. 

Naturally, when it came time to choose the kings of Ruckus Royale, they claimed the crown for themselves. One night a year where anything goes.
