There are a lot of books written on the topic of visualization. Mine is a little different. As an engineer and experiencer of many paranormal events I’ve got a different perspective enabled by my research and experience. There are many subjects I’ve studied that indicate that the mind really can affect our reality.

Overall, I think you will get a better idea of the reasons why people live a long time in these locations around the world, which may give you ideas about adapting your lifestyle and diets to have maximum longevity.

I’ve written quite a few books about spirituality and my experiences and beliefs in our abilities to expand our consciousness through spiritual development practices, meditation, and the paranormal. I’ve been writing books about longevity for 14 years and I realized there was one topic I had not covered in detail: the foods and supplements that we can take which will help make us healthy enough to lengthen our lives. Improving individual longevity is not just about foods and supplements. There are a lot of factors which all affect longevity. After listening to this book, you will have new ideas about the food, diets, and supplements you can eat to help you live a much longer and healthier life.

This book is a reference guide to mystical and magical orders around the world. Major religions are not the focus, although I do include some mystical organizations within some religions. These organizations include Jewish Kabbalah in Judaism, and the Sufis in Islam.

The author is an engineer and expert on the paranormal, having had many experiences himself (mostly with prophecy) and extensive research on many other phenomena.
