An explorer dedicated to rebuilding a way of life. I'm Shinji, an ordinary Japanese man in my 40s. By focusing on what I feel beneath my thoughts, I'm exploring and practicing the way of life I truly desire. Struggling when I try hard. Suffering when I don't. After living that way for so long, I found freedom and true richness in life by earnestly prioritizing my own sense of ease and comfort. I share my practices, experiences, and the insights I've gained from them, Hoping to reach people not only in Japan but around the world, I also share my content in English.
