So many suffer in silence. We suffer from addiction, isolation, substance abuse, depression, and just the real struggles of daily life. For years I suffered in silence and saw no way out. I felt stuck. I overcame my struggles with abuse as a child and addiction. I now Overcome Outloud in the hopes of helping others find the courage and path to face the challenges in their lives. As we Overcome Outloud we share our story with others and provide a message of hope.

Join me as I walk through my days Chasing Dreams. I designed this as a rough and unedited version of what is going on in my life as a way to help others that are aspiring to chase their dreams. What I've learned in my life is that Chasing Dreams is fulfilling and scary as hell. There are ups and downs that I never knew would be possible, but in the end, it is all worth it. Or is it?
