Having even more colorful photos than the first audiobook edition, Griselda the Toulouse Goose is about being celebrated, not just tolerated. It explores how one can feel when they are excluded and also offers hope for anyone who has ever felt left out. In Griselda’s case, she is ignored by a group of geese who are supposed to embrace her, but winds up expanding her territory because of it. Looking back on things, she isn’t bitter, and even wishes them well. She learns that the recipe for success often begins with disaster, that her future can rewrite her past....

Griselda the Toulouse goose feels invisible as the Embden geese never invite her to go swimming and don’t even speak to her, although she is always near them. She keeps doing everything she is supposed to do to help North Bradbury farm (as a goose), but she is miserable and feels like something must be wrong with her. Enough is enough! Just when she can’t take it anymore, she meets a different kind of goose, a wild goose, and everything changes!
