What happens when members of an amateur dramatic society decide to put on a play at the last minute? Will the director cast his friends and family in the leading roles or will other more, um, talented members of the society get a look in? And what to do with those less talented members of the society?

And we haven’t told you yet about the play this brave (or is that naive?) troupe will be staging about an amateur dramatic society that tries to stage a production of Macbeth … sorry, I mean “the Scottish Play” at the last minute.

Join PurpleBeach and the Zoom Players as they present “The Scottish Play” by Graham Holliday on radio, while in lockdown, in different rooms, and in different parts of the world. What could possibly go wrong?
