      Elizabeth began her career as an actress before realising her dream of owning her very own cafe. She enjoyed selling coffee and cake to my lovely customers who soon became regulars and friends sharing in life ups and down. Many people came in for answers to life’s problems and the cafe soon became known as the therapy cafe, a place where people could come to talk about how they were feeling - it was a safe place to feel emotions and to have a hug when needed.

      She was going through her own issues regarding relationships, family and grief - mainly feelings of guilt and an ensuing insomnia that caused her to finally sell her lovely cafe.

      It was during this time that she came across Hypnotherapy and RTT Therapy and realised how powerful it is. So building her love for helping people, she is now dedicated to transforming people’s lives, not through coffee and chats (although that helps) but through these powerful transforming sessions. And she says that she can still offer tea and a hug afterwards. :)
