For one reason or another, we've all heard it. It's the phrase that we weren't seeking, but received at a place or time when it wasn't welcomed: "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD DO?!" Though life advice should be a welcoming premise, this poorly-worded question highlights the importance of when and how we should talk to others when useful advice is available. We'll discuss how it's potentially perceived, and how we can avoid using this question when offering useful advice. Also, another Prime Day is upon us in the forthcoming weeks.
