      The fifth and final episode of the ‘Women and Work: Why it Matters!’ podcast is here! Joining us for this episode is Sneha Sharma and Kirabo Suubi from ICRW. Sneha is a Senior Research and Program Associate at ICRW Asia and works on gender inclusion across thematic areas of women’s economic empowerment and livelihoods, adolescent empowerment, health, and family planning. She is currently anchoring the India research for the Rebuild project. Kirabo is a Gender Economist for Africa Region at the International Center for Research on Women.  During her professional journey, Kirabo has conducted empirical research as well as advocated for evidence-based practical solutions to inform policy formulation.

      Listen to the full episode as your hosts Purnima and Nilanjana talk to the duo about how women’s work has been impacted by COVID-19 and especially the women in the informal economy and discuss a pathway for building back better keeping in mind an equitable recovery for all.
