This Podcast is all about the importance of respecting yourself in order to love yourself. How self respect leads to the love of self through how you feel about yourself. How you don't allow anyone to treat you in a kind of way because of your flaws, imperfections, or mistakes? How we need to stop putting other people's wants and needs before? How we need to stop trying to bring other people to our levels? Why we need to stop trying to lower our standards in order to be in the in crowd? How negative people should not get us to where we are doubting ourselves and feelings less than what we are? How we allow these negative people to lower our self esteem, self worth, self values, self confidence, and believing in ourselves? How we should base ourselves more on what we think about ourselves versus what other people think about us? I hope that you guys enjoy this Podcast. And you guys learn something that will help you on your journeys and your paths to greatness. • Episode 73- My Conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap.
    Sep 15 2026
In this episode, I had a conversation with Jobert E. Abueva about The Janus Plan: Beating the Procrastination Trap. We spoke about procrastination traps that keep people from reaching their goals, moving on from negative situations, overcoming low self-esteem, self-love, self-respect, self-worth, self-value, self-confidence, and believing in yourself when no one else does, and lowering yourselves to build other people up. When many people think about procrastination, they think about people who are lazy and have no inspiration. He breaks down the Janus Plan when it comes to beating the procrastination traps that are keeping you from reaching your goals and the path, purpose, and journey that you are meant to be on. He spoke on mindful cleansing & global rituals when it comes to detoxing the mind from the past and things that are keeping you stagnant, stuff, and procrastination. We spoke on why people's New Year's resolutions are broken by February. How to go about overcoming fear and insecurities that keep you procrastinating and quitting? How can our relationship with our parents be the cause of not doing the things that you can actually do, due to making you feel less than what you are, and breaking your self-esteem and self-worth? A little about Jobert E. Abueva: he is an MBA, TEDx speaker ("Beyond Resolutions: The Art of Beginning with Intention"), and award-winning author whose work has appeared in The New York Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer. Jobert is warm, articulate, and deeply relatable. Instead, he developed a flexible, 6-step framework—inspired by Janus, the two-faced Roman god of thresholds and transitions—to help people reflect on the past, clear mental and physical clutter, and build sustainable life momentum without punitive pressure. This was a great conversation, and hopefully there will be a second conversation coming soon. I hope you guys enjoy the episode.

  • Episode 72 - With Self Respect Comes Self Love When It Comes To Improving Vs Proving Yourself.
    Aug 28 2026
In this episode, I talk about healing and recovery when it comes to self-esteem, self-worth, self value, self-respect, self-love, self-care, self-confidence, and you believe in yourself when it comes to improving yourself versus proving yourself. A lot of people are more focused on proving themselves than it is about them improving themselves. I think people get it mixed up that when it comes to healing and recovery, it’s all about you improving yourself. You do not have to prove yourself when it comes to becoming the best version of yourself. Every day you should be improving yourself to become the new and better version of yourself as far as the present and future version of yourself. There is no more trying to go back in the past and trying to make up for everything that you did during that time because it already has happened, and you cannot change what already has been done. But you can make the present in the future better by every day, working on yourself, building, evolving, elevating, maturing, growing, learning, and adapting in order to become the new version of yourself. So considering that I’m going through this journey currently when it comes to becoming the new version of myself, I figured I would talk about it. I’m walking in this journey alone with no therapy, and no support. The only support I have is a higher power and myself. So as I go through this journey alone to heal and recover, I’m bringing you guys along on the journey. I hope as I’m going through this journey, you guys learn through my ups and downs, as well as my challenges, what is gonna take in order for you to heal and recover yourself when you have no one but you and the higher power to help you.

  • Episode 71- My Pre-conversation with Ama K. Karikari About Silence Pain, Suffering, and Abuse.
    Aug 13 2026
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Ama K. Karikari about silence abuse, pain, and suffering when it comes to relationships, as far as family, romantic relationships, and friendships. She tells her story about what she experienced in her 15-year marriage and the silence abuse that she experienced during the marriage. We talked about the damage of silence when it comes to abuse, pain, and suffering from the people that you love. How can silence mean that you are allowing and giving permission for people to hurt, abuse, neglect, manipulate, and take advantage of you? How can silence be harmful to the point that it affects your self-esteem and how you see yourself? How did she overcome the silence abuse, and get out of the marriage? What was the breaking point that made her leave? How can silence be abusive, and no one think that it is abuse? A little about Ama: she is a TEDxGeorgeSchool speaker, author of Silenced to Soaring, transformational guide, attorney, and founder who helps women understand covert emotional harm and reconnect with their voice. Her perspective is shaped by work with women’s leadership, educational, and community audiences, along with studies at Harvard, Penn Law, and Wharton. It was a beautiful conversation that I wanted to share with my audience when it comes to overcoming adversity, pain, abuse, trauma, and suffering due to silence. The second part is coming soon. I hope you guys enjoy the conversation.
