Rosie Rourke is a respected local real estate agent, community activist, devoted mother, and wife. She began her career in commercial real estate right after graduating from high school and switched to residential work a decade later. Currently, she manages the Rosie Rourke team, which is the top real estate team in SE King County and ranks in the top 1% nationally! Rosie has a passion for service work, advocacy, and giving back to her community. She serves on the boards of the Renton Chamber of Commerce and the Renton Rotary Club. In this interview, Rosie talks about the difference between craft and endurance and how she worked to prove herself throughout her career.
