What do you do when you realize there is a story about you being told that you don't get to control?
Maybe you don't know exactly what was said. You just notice that people are treating you differently, and you begin to wonder what they may have heard or what they have decided about you.
In this episode, I’m talking about the helplessness of being misunderstood, the temptation to defend yourself, and the difficult realization that you can't make everyone understand your side of the story.
Sometimes reclaiming your life means letting go of the need to correct every misunderstanding and choosing to keep living honestly—even when someone else is telling their version of your story.
You know your story. God knows your story. And you can keep walking.
