Hi there!

We‘re Drew & Ella and we are the minds behind „What on Earth?“. We are both international journalism students, currently based in Aarhus, Denmark. This podcast is fuelled by our mutual interest in climate topics and our deep desire to talk about them to raise awareness. Our goal: Producing accessible, journalistic climate stories with a constructive, local approach. Disclaimer: We value transparency and accuracy, yet, we do not aim to be neutral. This podcast contains opinions. (As far as you can call caring about the climate and our planet an opinion.)

We are excited for you to join us on our corner of the internet! <3 yours Drew & Ella

Welcome to „What on Earth - is going on?“. We are Drew & Ella and we want to use this very first episode to introduce ourselves and this Podcast. How did we get interested in climate topics? What do we think about traditional climate news? Why did we want to start another Podcast on this topic? With everything that is going on in the world right now, you can get easily overwhelmed by the news.

In this podcast, we want to spread some hope and optimism by looking at developments, ideas and initiatives at a local level.
