Football is officially back—and **Week 1 hit different for The 2:00AM Crew.** 🏈🌙

Jason Enrique and Rick H. are back to recap an unforgettable NFL opening weekend, but first, they reflect on a major milestone for the show: **The 2:00AM Crew’s live episode at Tryon Public House in Inwood.** The guys talk about the atmosphere, interacting with the crowd, what they learned from taking the show outside the studio, and what could be next for The Crew.

Then it’s time for the **Week 1 receipts.** 🧾

🗽 The **Giants opened the season with a statement win over the Cowboys**, while the **Jets took care of business against Tennessee** to start 1–0. Jason and Rick break down what impressed them, what still concerns them, and whether either performance should change expectations for the season.

🦬 They also discuss the **Bills’ wild win over Houston**, Josh Allen’s huge performance, and whether Buffalo already looks like one of the teams to beat in the AFC.

🔮 From there, it’s on to **Week 2**. What was real in Week 1? What was an overreaction? And which teams now have something to prove?

⚾ And New York baseball isn't getting left behind. Jason and Rick discuss the latest **Subway Series between the Yankees and Mets**, the stretch toward October, and **Pete Alonso’s emotional return to Citi Field wearing another uniform.**

For Mets fans, seeing Pete back in Queens raises a bigger question:

**Do you miss Pete Alonso—or do you miss what Pete represented to the Mets?**

From an unforgettable night at Tryon to Week 1 reactions, Week 2 predictions, Yankees vs. Mets and Pete Alonso coming home, **Episode 60 has New York sports written all over it.**

🎧 **The 2:00AM Crew — Episode 61: “Week 1 Was Personal”**

**Football is back. Baseball is heating up. And The Crew is just getting started.** 🌙🏈⚾
