    May 24 2020

Dr Pam Crispin is a consultant in intensive care medicine and a recently retired immediate care doctor with the Suffolk Accident Rescue Scheme (SARS), an affiliated scheme of the British Association for Immediate Care. Pam was first introduced to immediate care in 2005 and in this podcast she recalls her early days, the people who have influenced her practice and 'being a girl in pre-hospital care'. Describing herself as 'a small, middle aged woman in glasses', Pam tells her story in an amusing and lighthearted manner.
