TOMS - Tour Operator Margin Scheme requires, when conditions are met, for VAT to be calculated only on the margin where travel supplies are bought and resold. TOGC - Transfer of a Going Concern treats the sale of trade and assets of a business as neither a supply of goods nor services for VAT purposes where conditions are met.
