  • The Dangers of Sports Betting (Ep. 120)
    Jan 30 2026

We live in a world where betting sites, fantasy drafts, and lotteries are everywhere—often promoted as harmless fun, but at what cost? Beneath the surface, the love of money and the desire for more can quietly take root, leading to addiction, broken families, poverty, violence, and deep spiritual harm and compromise. Scripture warns us plainly in 1 Timothy 6:10 (NKJV): “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil…”

In this episode, we will take an honest look at the growing influence of sports betting and why it’s more dangerous than many realize. From a Christian perspective, we’ll explore how gambling can pull our hearts away from God, distort our values, and bring sorrow not only into our own lives but into the lives of those around us. As Christ followers, we’re called to live with wisdom, self-control, and trust in God—not in chance or quick riches. Join me as we talk honestly about why sports betting is something believers should avoid. Let's Go!

  • Yes or No (Ep. 118)
    Jan 13 2026

In this episode, Keep Your Promises, we talk about the importance of honoring our word—and just as importantly, having the wisdom not to make promises we can’t keep. Our words matter, and integrity begins with being honest about what we can and cannot commit to.

Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:37 (NKJV) set a clear standard: “But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” When asked to do something, we’re called to give a simple, truthful yes or no—nothing more, nothing less.

In this episode, I touch on why it’s pivotal to let your yes truly be yes and your no truly be no, and how doing so helps us keep our promises, build trust, and walk with integrity. A life of honesty reflects our faith, strengthens our relationships, and keeps us aligned with God’s truth. Let's Go!

  • To Whom Much Is Given, Much Is Required (Ep. 115)
    Dec 20 2025

What does it really mean to live with responsibility, humility, and purpose? In this episode, I unpack the powerful biblical principle often summarized as “To Whom Much is Given, Much is Required” (Luke 12:48). This truth challenges us to recognize that our talents, opportunities, influence, and platforms are not accidents—they are gifts that come with responsibility.

Whether you’re an athlete striving for excellence, a coach shaping lives, a father leading a family, a husband or wife serving your spouse, a pastor shepherding others, or simply a Christian seeking to live faithfully, this conversation calls us to intentional living. We explore how this principle applies to everyday decisions, character, leadership, and service, reminding us that faith is not just what we believe, but how we steward what God has entrusted to us.

This episode will encourage you to reflect, take ownership, and live out your calling with greater purpose—understanding that privilege and responsibility always go hand in hand. Let's Go!

  • A Life of Gratitude (Ep. 113)
    Dec 2 2025

In this episode, we explore powerful Scriptures that reveal the importance of thanksgiving and gratitude toward a loving God—through the good and the bad, the highs and the lows. Together, we reflect on the truth of Romans 8:28, trusting that God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

As followers of Christ, we are reminded of the value of true contentment and the danger of falling into pride or self-reliance. Our ultimate source is Jesus Christ—Lord of all—and when we remember who He is, our hearts naturally shift toward gratitude. This mindset not only shapes how we think but transforms how we live.

Gratitude is more than a feeling; it is a lifestyle. In this conversation, we dive into what it means to express our thanksgiving to God daily, not just through our words but through the way we walk out our faith. John 4:24 (NLT) reminds us, "For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.” We can exhibit our thanksgiving to God as Christ followers by living a holy life that glorifies Him.

Tune in and be encouraged to cultivate a heart of gratitude that reflects the goodness of God. Let's Go!
