      As two women who identify as the left side of the political aisle, we question why the UK Conservative party has a track record of putting women forward to be elected (unlike the Labour party) and yet these women are constantly set up for failure.

      When we're in the conversation about women in leadership, we identify that the failings are present in all industries - from politics to porn.
