Tash at a young age was a semi-professional Basketball player and had a scholarship to move to the US, but due to an injury she took on a different path and moved to London to find a new direction.

Over the next decade she worked with some of the worlds top chefs including Gordon Ramsay.

Using the connections she made and her creativity dealing with problem solving within the hospitality and luxury lifestyle industry it lead her to create her own agency Mash.

Founded in 2018 Mash is now active in 6 continents 14 countries and collaborates with over 100 highly vetted and experienced freelancers.
