    21 Oct 2026

Love our Podcast? Let us know! We would enjoy hearing from you.

Six months ago, Heather started making changes to her nutrition, and let's just say she wasn't exactly excited about it!

Now, six months later, we're checking in to talk about what's changed, what she's learned, and how she went from resisting the process to simply making it part of her everyday life.

We discuss the challenges of changing long-standing eating habits, the frustration that can come with doing things differently, and the shift that happens when healthy choices stop feeling like a constant battle.

Heather shares what worked, what didn't, and how consistency helped her move from "I hate doing this" to "I just do it!"

Because lasting nutrition success isn't about loving every part of the process. It's about building habits that eventually become part of who you are.

  • Season 3 Ep. #11 Stop Going All In: Why Less Can Get You Further
    14 Oct 2026

Love our Podcast? Let us know! We would enjoy hearing from you.

This episode tackles one of the biggest mistakes we see when people start a new fitness program: going all in, all at once!

Clients get excited, motivated, and ready to change EVERYTHING. They want to work out five or six days a week, overhaul their nutrition, and see results immediately. But is doing more actually the best way to get results?

We discuss the concept of the minimum effective dose, the smallest amount of exercise needed to produce meaningful progress, and why starting with a manageable routine can lead to greater consistency and long-term success.

We also break down the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, including the recommendation of 150–300 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week and muscle-strengthening activities at least two days per week. We explain why these guidelines are important health targets, but don't have to be your starting point.

Because the best exercise program isn't the one that leaves you exhausted after two weeks. It's the one you can consistently build on for years.

  • Season3 Ep. #10 Fire Your Old Self
    12 Oct 2026

Love our Podcast? Let us know! We would enjoy hearing from you.

    CONSISTENCY CHANGES EVERYTHING.

We have clients who have been with us for 15, even 20 years. And while that kind of loyalty means the world to us, here's something important I've learned.

Being a member for 20 years and being consistent for 20 years are two very different things.

You can have the best workout program, the best nutrition plan, and the best coaches guiding you. But none of it works if you don't consistently show up and do the work.

Success doesn't come from finding the PERFECT program.

Success comes from deciding that the OLD version of you is no longer in charge.

    The version that makes excuses.
The version that starts over every Monday.
The version that lets one missed workout turn into three weeks off.
The version that waits until life slows down to make health a priority.

That version doesn't get to make your decisions anymore.

And consistency doesn't mean perfection. It means learning how to keep showing up even when life gets busy, motivation disappears, or things don't go according to plan.

You don't need to be perfect to make incredible progress.

You need to become someone who follows through on the promises you make to yourself.

Because the real transformation isn't just what happens to your body. It's who you become in the process.
