Paul, a great man of God is regarded with so much grace in modern day because of his status. This is seen routinely amongst the modern era because fandom and idolatry has us treating celebrities with the same grace depending on our individual interest in them. The public court of opinion matters none in the grand scheme of things and we are to be aware of that because desiring approval has driven many to ruin. Paul's story through a cursory glance depicts a horrific past and how he was received by others but that past wasn't a roadblock but rather benchmark to be remembered and studied. It's important to be honest with your self about yourself, it's truly the master key to evolving. Hopefully my transparency helps to drive the point home.
