Never thought I'd get the chance to talk to a snooker legend like Ken, especially considering I can only pot the white when I am on the table!

Got the chance to chat childhood, sport, retiring and more with the Dubliner in this chat.

Ken talked about the sport that hooked him in as a kid and why he quit football for the pool table. He told me about the hard times leaving Dublin for London, and what it felt like to fail at his first big test.

He talked about the £2 cue that brought him fame and fortune and how he is missing a trophy all these years later.

But he told me of his proudest moment, in 1997, coming home to a hero's welcome and handing the winning trophy to his mam.

AND I have a giveaway! If you want to go and see Ken live, email welltisyourself@gmail.com or contact me on Instagram. All thanks to Vivatbet for the exclusive tickets!!

From boyband star to braving it on his own, I caught up with streaming success Ryan Mack.

When I first met him, he was one of a six-piece band, put together by Louis Walsh to be the next One Direction or Westlife.

He explains what happened behind the scenes, why they decided to call it a day, and how he hid behind furniture when it all ended.

He is open and honest about the music industry, the finances that go with it and why each person needs to look at their own life to see if it's for them.

We also talk about audiences, and stars playing the right venues, and so much more.

Go follow Ryan on his socials- https://www.instagram.com/ryanmackmusic/?hl=en and if you like this episode, drop us a comment, review or a follow!

Many of you might remember Kaila from her stint in Season 7 of Love Island, when she was in Casa Amor.

But after she was announced, she was barely seen on screens, so I got to chat to her about what that was like, what it felt like in the villa and how that even came about.

We also discussed her DJ life, after she opened for Ne-Yo and Akon on their most recent tour, why being patient for the thing you want is worth it and why she is putting down solo roots this year.

We also learn how she went from Malahide to the MGM- have a listen!
