Cheap grace offers forgiveness without repentance and faith without following Jesus. Costly grace is the gospel Jesus actually calls us to. It costs us everything, but it is the only grace that gives us life. We’ll look at what Bonhoeffer meant, why it still matters, and what it looks like to follow Jesus when it isn’t comfortable.
