Welcome to The Three Top — the podcast where restaurant industry chaos finally gets a microphone. Hosted by three people who know the business inside and out, The Three Top serves up hilarious stories, hot takes, behind-the-scenes restaurant drama, wild customer reviews, industry confessions, “would you rather” service nightmares, and the kind of conversations every restaurant worker has after a shift. Whether you’re a server, bartender, manager, chef, host, or just someone who’s ever sent food back for “not being hot enough,” this podcast is for you. Expect unfiltered commentary, ridiculous scenarios, real industry truths, and plenty of laughs along the way. From nightmare tables and one-star reviews to kitchen disasters and restaurant debates nobody asked for, nothing is off the menu. Pull up a chair, grab a drink, and join us at The Three Top — where hospitality meets hilarity. Art Cooking Food & Wine

This Meeting Could’ve Been a Smoke Break
    5 Oct 2026
Clock in, light one up, and lower your expectations. This week, we’re making questionable picks, defending opinions nobody asked for, and once again proving that restaurant people should never be left unsupervised. We’ve got bad reviews, worse decisions, food arguments worth fighting over, and some industry confessions that probably should’ve died in the walk-in. By the time it’s over, friendships may be tested, brain cells will be lost, and absolutely nothing productive will have been accomplished. So grab a seat, ignore the side work, and act like you’re looking for something in dry storage. This meeting could’ve been a smoke break.
