    • How to Be Truly Kind - The AI-Proof Skill That Sets You Apart
      Feb 16 2026

If you want to be a better leader, partner, parent, or just a better human being, this episode is for you.

In this episode of Project Possible, I’m joined by the Queen of Kindness (OK, I might have dubbed her that...!), Nahla Summers.

Nahla is a speaker, author, adventurer, and someone whose life was completely reshaped by grief.

After the sudden death of her partner, Paul, everything changed.

What followed wasn’t just recovery. It became a mission in spreading the power of kindness, and how it can help us in both our personal and professional lives.

      Since then, she's:

      – Climbed Kilimanjaro

      – Walked 500 miles across the UK

      – Cycled 3,000 miles across America

      – And even set a Guinness World Record spelling “kindness” across England

But this conversation isn’t really about the miles.

It’s about what kindness actually means - because it’s not the same as being nice.

      We talk about:

      – The difference between kindness and people-pleasing

      – Why real kindness sometimes involves difficult conversations

      – How emotional intelligence changes teams and leadership

      – Why human connection matters more than money or status

      – How to build empathy, even if you didn’t grow up seeing it

      – And the voice in your head - the one that can either drag you down or pull you forward

We also talk honestly about grief. About resilience. About how you can grow bigger than the thing that breaks you.

Between the second and third series, I made the decision to go full-time on this show.

I sold my successful 10 year old PR agency after my youngest brother Jordan took his own life. I realised that I needed to run towards passion, purpose and positive impact, and my dream of this being my career.

    • Are Ultra-Realistic Robots the Answer to Loneliness?
      Feb 9 2026

What if the biggest role for robots and AI isn’t replacing jobs, but replacing loneliness?

In this episode, I’m joined by Andrew Kiguel, CEO of Realbotix, the company building what might be the most realistic humanoid robots in the world.

Andrew explains why Realbotix isn’t focused on robots that walk, cook, or do backflips, but on something far more human: connection, companionship, and emotional wellbeing.

      We explore:

      - Why companionship may be the biggest market in AI

      - Whether AI relationships can be “real”

      - The ethics of human-like robots and emotional attachment

      - Loneliness, mental health, and ageing populations

      - Why ultra-realistic design matters more than raw intelligence

      - The difference between assistive technology and replacement

      - Where the line is between innovation, discomfort, and progress

Andrew also shares his journey from investment banking and Bitcoin mining to humanoid robotics, and why he believes we’re still years away from a true Westworld, but much closer than people think to robots becoming part of everyday life.

This is not a conversation about sci-fi fantasies.

It’s about what it really means to be human in an age of intelligent machines.

    • Lucid Dreaming: Can You Heal Trauma - and Learn - While You Sleep?
      Feb 2 2026

What if you could change your life while you’re asleep?

In this episode of Project Possible, I’m joined by Charlie Morley, one of the world’s leading experts in lucid dreaming.

Charlie works with CEOs, elite athletes, military veterans and trauma survivors, using a skill most of us already have… but forgot how to use.

Lucid dreaming is the ability to realise you’re dreaming while the dream is happening. And according to decades of scientific research, it’s a powerful tool.

      We talk about:

      - How lucid dreaming has been scientifically proven since the 1970s

      - The groundbreaking studies showing dramatic reductions in PTSD in just one week

      - Why trauma, nightmares and intrusive thoughts are the mind trying to protect us

      - How athletes use lucid dreams to improve performance while asleep

      - The surprising overlap between lucid dreaming, therapy and psychedelics

      - Why lucid dreaming may be a gentler, safer alternative for mental health work

      - And how anyone can learn it

We also get into creativity, fear, grief, intrusive thoughts, and the uncomfortable truth that most of us are using only a fraction of our mental capacity.

This is a conversation about what’s truly possible when you stop trying to escape the mind - and learn how to work with it.
