  • Unconditionality™: What Abundance Truly Is
    30 Oct 2026

Abundance is a constant field of unconditional love that sustains existence, and you're already part of it. In this episode, I introduce Unconditionality™, my architecture of abundance, and explain the difference between that unmoving field and the giving and receiving we experience as humans.

Maybe you've spent years practicing gratitude, repeating affirmations, visualizing financial freedom, and wondering why your bank account still looks the same. You've been taught to measure abundance through money, security, success, and material comfort, so of course it feels absent when those things aren't there. But what if you've been measuring the exchange of abundance without understanding its fundamental nature?

I share the extraordinary experience that revealed unconditional love to me as an omnipresent field, and how a one-cent residual check from my late husband changed my understanding of a million dollars. We'll also explore why abundance and safety are experientially inseparable, and how your perception of reality influences what you recognize as present and possible.

Drawing on David Bohm's implicate order and quantum decoherence, I explain how abundance operates at two distinct scales: the constant field of unconditional love and the human relational experience of giving and receiving it. I'm also beginning a public experiment where you'll witness me embody Unconditionality™ in my everyday life, including my finances, relationships, and journey toward financial independence. Because understanding abundance is one thing. Living it is where reality gets interesting.

  • Why Trying So Hard to Heal Is Keeping You Stuck
    16 Oct 2026

If healing has become what your life revolves around, doing more may be keeping your body in the stress you're trying to resolve. In this episode, I explain why self-healing doesn't require proof, perfect practices, or exhaustion, and how doing less can give your body room to do what it already knows how to do.

Maybe you push through your morning routine after four hours of sleep, read books about why resting is beneficial instead of actually resting, or feel uneasy when you skip a practice. When healing becomes something you have to do correctly, your nervous system receives more pressure from the very routines meant to help you feel better.

I unpack why doing less is more through science: the Zero-Energy universe, the Casimir effect, the brain's default mode network, and planarian regeneration to show how much activity is already happening beneath apparent stillness. I also share what changed in my own body when I stopped organizing my life around trying to heal and started listening, simplifying, and making room for joy and ease.

We also talk about what trusting your body actually looks like in daily life, including how over-monitoring symptoms can prevent you from truly knowing your body and why simplicity is often more effective than complexity. The truth is, your body and mind are not waiting for you to prove you deserve wellbeing. They are built to naturally restore balance when the conditions support it.

    What We Explore ↓
Healing pressure and nervous system stress
The Zero-Energy universe and cosmic balance
Casimir effect and quantum vacuum activity
Default mode network and the resting brain
    Planarian regeneration and bioelectric patterning
    Applied kinesiology and self-trust
Body awareness and stress pattern recognition

  • Why Being the Reliable One Is Exhausting You
    2 Oct 2026

Chronic stress can hide inside a life that looks completely fine and functional. In this episode, I reveal why being productive, dependable, and capable doesn't tell you whether your life is actually working for your body, and how to recognize the specific places where your body is paying the price.

If you’re the person everyone relies on, you can answer the emails, keep the peace, manage the calendar, pay the bills, and still be exhausted, tense, anxious, or running on caffeine. Because nothing has collapsed, you call it normal. Your body may be carrying the cost of a life everyone else experiences as functional. When everyone benefits from how much you can handle, pushing through gets rewarded, and your body's signals get to dismissed as part of being an adult.

I explain why your stress is far more specific than the story you tell about your job, family, relationship, or personality. Your nervous system responds to particular people, conversations, tasks, environments, and patterns. When you start noticing where you tighten, where you soften, who you're with, and what's happening in that exact moment, your body gives you information you can actually use to heal and resolve that stress.

I also share why I created Finally Paying Attention, a seven-day interactive self-assessment that captures those patterns while you're living your normal life. You'll learn how body awareness, pattern recognition, and a reciprocal relationship with your body can change how you evaluate stress, health, success, and whether the life you're maintaining is truly supporting your wellbeing.

    What We Explore ↓
High-functioning stress and hidden body costs
    Nervous system signals before burnout
Fatigue as an early warning signal
    People-pleasing and chronic stress patterns
Temporal discounting and delayed health costs
Body awareness and stress pattern recognition
Somatic healing through loving body partnership
