Do you miss the gay bars and clubs? Is that where you used to socialize with friends, dance, drink and make merry? We have online dating/hook-up apps, but where does one, especially an older one, go to find new friends and just have a good time with other LGBTQ+ people. The fact we can often socialize in any bar/club that is predominantly straight (depending on your location) is nice, but we are missing those spaces where you can let down your hair and just be yourself.
For many older LGBTQ+ people that are alone, they often find themselves cut-off from other groups/friends and they isolate themselves more and more as the years go along.
Maybe we have another option. See what you think!
