In the workplace, effective communications are essential to build high-performing teams, to reduce miscommunications, and to encourage collaboration between team members.
In this presentation, I explain that, to be effective, we must understand the 4 pillars of an effective communication: Pillar #1 is "Intent" – if we see it as an edifice; Pillar #2. is "Attention" if we see as a challenge; The 3rd Pillar is called "Empathy" – and we must see it as a tool; and Pillar #4 is “Validation” – when we see it as personal power.
