    • Your Phillies questions: on being "content," the outfield, the rotation
      Jan 23 2026

We asked you for your Phillies questions, and by and large they fit into three buckets:

      • Are the Phillies really content with their offseason, like Dave Dombrowski said.
      • How concerned should fans be about the Phillies’ outfield?
      • How concerned should fans be about the Phillies’ starting pitching depth?

Thanks for the questions. We got more for this episode than ever before!

    • Dombrowski, Realmuto talk for first time since Bo Bichette "gut punch"
      Jan 21 2026

What a week for the Phillies.

They went to sleep on Thursday thinking they were signing Bo Bichette, who stunningly signed a three-year, $126 million deal with the Mets on Friday. The Phillies quickly improved their offer to J.T. Realmuto, who thought his Phillies career was over. But Realmuto is back, and Dave Dombrowski said he is “content” with where they are as a team.

We dig into a messy situation.

    • Boo Bichette: Phillies stunned to lose star, J.T. Realmuto returns
      Jan 17 2026

      What the hell happened?

The Phillies offered Bo Bichette a seven-year, $200 million contract on Thursday. They thought they had him. Then – poof – he’s gone. Bichette stunned everybody in baseball, when he accepted a three-year, $126 million deal with the Mets instead.

The Phillies followed the massive disappointment by signing J.T. Realmuto to a three-year, $45 million deal.

What happened with Bichette? What do we think about the Realmuto deal? What comes next?
