When Sean "Diddy" Combs was rushed from FCI Fort Dix to an outside emergency room for a head injury, the internet quickly ignited with rumors of a prison fight involving notorious Jamaican kingpin Christopher "Dudus" Coke. The Bureau of Prisons took the rare step of publicly debunking the altercation, highlighting how strictly low-security facilities monitor compound tensions. In open-bay barracks where hundreds of men sleep without cell doors, any violent conflict triggers immediate lockdowns, mass interrogations, and segregation in the Special Housing Unit. Because Combs was returned straight to general population without administrative sweeps, seasoned corrections experts recognize that the injury was far more likely an accidental fall than a targeted yard hit.
