    • Things Can Only Get Better? | The London Bulls Podcast Ep.33 with Jo Clements
      Jan 16 2026

It might be a long one but there is a lot to talk about!

Join Tom as he is joined by fellow fan and London Bull, Jo Clements.

As D:Ream once said, "Things can only get better". Right?

After learning a bit more about how Jo came to watch The Bulls, Tom and Jo discuss the season so far.

It's not been great has it but Tom and Jo try to look at the positives. Jo and Tom discuss the season so far, our wins and losses. They go on to talk about the issue of a game of two halves.

They look at the last few games in the recent weeks and the stark truth. Tom and Jo discuss their thinking as to what has and hasn't worked, the personnel that have come and gone and what needs to improve if we are to start getting results.

They then move onto looking at the next 4 games including Macclesfield which has now since been postponed. They talk more about what Hereford need to do and the types of players we need to be able to compete. Nothing less than 10 points will do!!

      Thanks for your help, Jo!!

    • Toumani Diagouraga: Leaving Home, Promotion and Coaching | The London Bulls Podcast Ep.32
      Nov 7 2025

Join KD and Tom as they chat to former Hereford United midfielder, Toumani Diagouraga!!

Toumani talks about his early days of football in France before making the big move over to a new country with a language he couldn’t speak. He of course joined Watford where he turned from boy to man and following a couple of loan spells, eventually found his way to Hereford United.

Initially coming on loan until January of the 2007/08 season, Toumani’s loan was extended until the end of the season with tricky winger Lionel Ainsworth going the other way. Toumani talks about just how good that promotion team was and how if they had been able to stick together, who knows what they could have achieved.

Promotion was of course followed by relegation and Toumani’s departure at the end of the 2008/09 season to Peterborough and then Brentford where only a season earlier he had earned promotion with Hereford!

Toumani talks us through his 7 years with the Bees where he tested himself in the championship and created some fantastic memories.

Following moves to Leeds, Plymouth and Swindon amongst others, he found a new home at Morecambe. Described as a similar club to Hereford, Toumani enjoyed his time immensely and earned promotion. Third time the charm as Toumani finally won on his third visit to Wembley (hoping Hereford follow the same fate!!).

Following a spell at Rochdale, Toumani had a decision to make. Carry on playing or go into coaching, he chose coaching and Middlesbrough where he is a youth coach and loving every minute of it.

Toumani was an absolute pleasure to talk to and what a great career he had!! Thanks Toumani!

    • Marc Pugh: Self Belief, Eddie Howe & Football Foodie | The London Bulls Podcast Ep.31
      Oct 10 2025

Join KD and Tom as they speak to former Hereford United winger Marc Pugh. Marc comes across as an incredibly nice and down to earth guy even when you consider that he made it all the way to the Premier League with Bournemouth.

KD and Tom start at the very beginning with Marc talking about his youth days signing for Burnley, the club that he supports and getting incredibly close to making his professional debut. Sadly for us Hereford fans, Marc went on loan to Kidderminster but it is a time that he remembers fondly and he learnt a lot in the conference. He then discusses just how he felt on being released by Steve Cottrell at Burnley. Marc had great self belief to continue on, eventually ending up at Shrewsbury which we won’t hold against him. Although it does feel like he was trying to taunt us Hereford fans!

Then of course he went on loan to Hereford towards the end of the League One season. Then signing permanently for us at the start of our League Two season. Marc talks about how influential that period with Hereford was for him how he still has friends within that squad, his travel arrangements whilst at Hereford and the indescribable Tony Ford and his fantastic strength workout techniques. Marc was very impressed with how in shape Tony Ford was from a man of his age and regaled the boys with some fantastic stories about their time together.

Marc of course caught the eye of Bournemouth scoring against some three times in that League Two season so no wonder Eddie Howe wanted to sign him. We talk through the tribunal which Marc attended alongside the Bournemouth chairman and just how much he ended up going for.

We talk through the start of what turned out to be a nine year journey with Bournemouth from League One all the way up to the Premier League making his debut in his first ever Premier League season and scoring a couple of goals in that season.

KD and Tom quiz Marc on his favourite teammates, the toughest opponents that he faced and of course talking about what he does now. Marc is an advocate for eating well and in fact discussed throughout the podcast how much of a difference the right nutrition can make. The ‘Foodie Footballer’ as he is known on social media now goes into clubs and speaks to players and young players about what to eat and how to cook it.

Tom and KD would like to thank Marc for his time, for his fantastic stories and for telling us what Jason Tindall is really like.

You can follow Marc at the link below on social media to see what he’s up to now and to get some nutrition tips, he really is a top class guy.
