In Today’s episode I discuss visitation dreams, spirits of passed loved ones and how energy never dies. I recently had a vivid experience where I’m hanging out with my father who passed away November 17, 2017, in my dream he was happy and healthy it seemed like real life. Then I jumped out of my sleep and looked around the room with this feeling that I wasn’t alone and so I grabbed my phone turned it on saw the date and remembered that it was his death anniversary and then questioned why my laptop turned off as I always was listen to meditation music while I sleep because I have severe insomnia. My music stopped and my room was pitch dark and I felt a presence in my room. I then understood that energy never dies and we can still communicate and connect with each other. I’ve always been fascinated with death, the afterlife, the other side so this gave me confirmation that energy is eternal, we are eternal.

In today’s episode I was led to start off with a mini meditation to relax, breathe and let go of all negativity, thoughts and energy. I also discuss the importance of connecting with the spiritual world, and focus less on the material things here in the 3 D world. In order to fill the inner void that many of us have because we are always seeking to the next thing. Always wanting more and we are never satisfied. We have to learn to be grateful for what we do have and live with gratitude for our very lives, our breath, our health, our loved ones, and more importantly our circumstances. Be thankful for God and all that he gives. You woke up today right? That’s the greatest blessing. Many people didn’t wake up today and that’s sad.

Welcome to the The Indigo Mind Podcast In today’s episode of podcast stories, I talk about my recent milestone I just made 2 years on dialysis, and I’m feeling extremely grateful to be alive and to finally have a grip on my health and wellbeing. I have my connection to Spirit to thank for pulling me through the hardest 2 years of my life, where I’ve encountered and endured pain, sacrifices, surgeries and trauma. But honestly my faith and my spiritual journey has been stronger than ever I’m grateful for being here today and still recording The Indigo Mind Podcast, it has been my outlet for expressing this crazy and uncertain journey. Without God I wouldn’t be here.

I was testing for the past year to get approved for my kidney transplant and I was 2 tests away from getting on the national registry officially. I’ve been devastated and feel like I lost control of my life and my body. Im trying to hold on, remembering who I really am, A spiritual being having a human experience.
