Mark Baugh started life rooted in a mining community in Derbyshire, with the fallout out of gambling, alcoholism and domestic violence. He experienced a transformative life crisis at 36 during his career in learning and development for a large UK-based retail bank.
He left the corporate world in 2005 and retrained in well-being practices including massage, Reiki, counselling, Tantra and EFT. He is a certified facilitator of Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork and, more recently, has trained with The Institute of Psychedelic Therapy, where he is an associate member.
He runs a spiritual retreat center in the heart of Scotland with his husband Till.
