Content note: This episode discusses murder and sexual violence.
This is the final part covering the Happy Face Killer. After The Oregonian received a letter that confessed to killing 5 women in 1994, including the murder of a woman two were serving time for, investigators were scrambling. Was this simply a hoax? or did they wrongfully convict two people for a murder they didn't commit? When another woman is murdered, a name that police are familiar with comes back on their radar, and suddenly, all the pieces fall into place...at least that's what they think.
