Summary

Winter 1998 in Farrow, Alabama. Evelyn Marshall attends the Wednesday prayer meeting at Farrow Primitive Baptist Church, a white clapboard building at a crossroads. During the final hymn, the congregation spontaneously sings a melody no one has heard before, words that feel ancient. Afterward, Evelyn finds a small slip of paper in her hymnal with the phrase 'We sang it wrong' in pencil. That night, the church burns down, but the hymnal is recovered—and it now contains a new hymn titled 'The Reckoning.' Luna tells the story of a song that should not have been sung, and the page she keeps to this day. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #HymnsFromTheCompound #FarrowAlabama #PrimitiveBaptist #Hymnal #TheReckoning #Crossroads #EvelynMarshall #ChurchFire #PencilNote #SingItWrong #Footnote #WednesdayPrayerMeeting #Winter1998 #RuralHorror #AuditoryHorror #Unresolved Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
