With 27 years in higher education at Georgetown College - including roles as VP for Enrollment and SACS Accreditation Liaison - and 7 years at Ruffalo Noel Levitz advising 200+ institutions, Garvel brings deep expertise in admissions, institutional research, and strategic planning. A former president of both the Kentucky AIR and KACRAO, he’s been honored for his service and leadership across the field.
