Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you can turn your life around. Sometimes you just need a catalyst though. Decoy and I sit down and talk about his crazy story, what he's doing to turn things around, and advice he would offer. Ultimately, it comes down to you putting in the work but realizing something needs to change has to come first. Hopefully, you aren't at rock bottom and this can serve as a wake up call.
