  • Ep. 623: We Create What We Consume
    Apr 22 2026

Our algorithms feed us the things we consume the most, and unfortunately for us, we love looking at memes about men being evil. But as funny as the people of the internet are, we do want to be mindful of what we’re consuming because what consumer colors our perception of the world—and believe it or not, we don’t actually hate men. But the same thing is true for memes about being broke, fat, ugly, or any other negative thing we could call ourselves. If we take too much of it in, it starts to become our reality, and that’s not the Best Life we dreamed for ourselves, all those years ago.

  • Ep. 622: Are Men More Emotional Than Women?
    Apr 15 2026

No one is more dramatic than a man who gets his advances rejected. We don’t mean to speak for every woman, but also… we’re pretty sure every single woman has either had an experience where a man lashed out at her for saying no, or she had to lie instead of saying no out of fear of backlash. We’ve heard men complain that they “can’t even approach women in public anymore” but we have no problem with being approached! The issue is that men just don’t seem to be able to take “no” for an answer. Our advice to men? Just be normal. Please, for the love of god, just be fucking normal.

    Jill’s big move [1:54]

Long drives and nights in the hot tub [5:25]

No one is more emotional than a man who gets rejected [8:34]

When someone says no, walk away [15:35]

Saying yes out of fear of what comes after the no [17:33]

    Just be normal [24:59]

It doesn’t have to be personal [29:37]

    Just be a bitch [32:25]

  • Ep. 621: The Logistics of a Break Up
    Apr 8 2026

Break ups are hard enough as it is, but the longer you’re with someone, the more of a logistical mess it is to end your relationship. There are finances, housing, and even family members to consider as you separate your lives—but none of those are good reasons to stay if your heart is already telling you to go. We won’t lie to you, Bestie, it’s going to be hard. You just have to trust yourself to handle the hard stuff one day at a time, and know that you deserve happiness and peace… and sometimes the quickest way there is through the messy middle.

Why is everything so damn expensive? [2:04]

The logistics of a breakup [7:33]

Sometimes the most fair thing is to leave [10:15]

The first decision is the hardest [12:50]

You can’t predict the outcome [17:13]

A relationship is made up of two people [18:55]

The only thing you owe people is the truth [20:13]

Trust yourself to take it one step at a time [22:10]

You don’t have to make the decision right this second [27:23]
