Tiffany Tolbert is the founder and president of Her Infinite Worth, a Utah-based nonprofit dedicated to helping women rediscover their strength, heal emotionally, and live with a deeper sense of purpose and self-worth. What began as an intimate retreat among women she worked with has grown into a transformative movement inspiring women to remember who they truly are and live from a place of wholeness.

More than twenty years ago, Tiffany founded a successful bookkeeping and payroll firm while raising her family. What started as a way to provide from home during a financially uncertain time grew into a thriving business that, over the years, has provided meaningful work and stability for many single mothers. Though she has since downsized to create more space for her nonprofit and leadership work, her company continues to reflect her commitment to empowerment, excellence, and integrity.

Tiffany is known for her grounded wisdom and her ability to walk alongside women who are ready to take responsibility for their healing and growth. She creates environments where truth, accountability, and compassion coexist, and spaces where women can step out of old patterns and into deeper self-awareness, strength, and purpose.

At the heart of Tiffany’s mission is the belief that every woman’s worth is infinite, not defined by her past or performance, but by her inherent value and capacity to love and be loved. Whether leading a retreat, mentoring women, or running her business, she brings a presence that is both strong and deeply nurturing.

Tiffany lives in Utah with her husband, Chris, and together they share a beautiful blended family of nine children. She continues to expand Her Infinite Worth through retreats and by developing new ways to bring its message and mission into women’s everyday lives beyond the retreat experience.

ABOUT OUR GUEST: KYLEE SHIELDS

Kylee Shields is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the Clinical Director of Juniper. Juniper is a trauma informed, community based outpatient treatment program for youth ages 13-18 who have experienced sexual exploitation and sexual abuse. Juniper is part of the Malouf Foundation and a part of PHASE Alliance ( Malouf Foundation + The Elizabeth Smart Foundation + Fight The New Drug). PHASE stands for prevention and healing against sexual exploitation.

Throughout her career Kylee has worked closely with adolescents in the areas of trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, bereavement, processing disorders, process addictions, and more. She draws from her prior experience working at EFY, residential treatment settings, HEFY, a therapeutic boarding school, and wilderness therapy.

Kylee is a published author, co-founder of a non-profit (INSPIRE: Music. Service.Hope), Music Director of the Utah chapter of INSPIRE Chorus, Advisory Board Member of Heare Brotherhood, and a world traveler.

Kylee enjoys writing, playing her piano (Ella Mae), singing, spending time with friends, nieces and nephews, and being outdoors.
